China issues new regulation on surcharge for jet fuel

China will regulate the adjustment frequency and timing of jet fuel surcharges for domestic flights, according to a new statement jointly released by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), China Business News reported Wednesday.
