Nepal PM to attend Bihar Global meet

Nepal Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai is likely to attend the second Bihar global meet to be held here to discuss development strategies for the state.

"The Bihar government has invited Bhattarai and he has given his consent to inaugurate the meeting," an official in the chief minister office said Thursday.

Hundreds of Non-Resident Biharis (NRBs) from across the world and experts in different fields will gather for the Feb 17-19 meeting. The first Bihar global meet was held in 2006.
